P3 Sports Care Sends Active Release Chiropractor To Be Part Of Medical Team Again In 2011

Mar 17, 2011 – HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 02/9/11– This past weekend a continue was ideal for a 15th annual Huntington Beach Surf City marathon. There was a full marathon march that consisted of 26.2 miles, a half marathon march that was 13.1 miles, and Free Wheel Chair Mission that lifted focused on lifting income for a community. The sky was clear, a atmosphere was frail and cool…it was a ideal day for a run. All 50 states participated in a competition as good as 18 countries; a sum spin out for a competition was over 20,000 runners. Spectators came from distant and far-reaching to watch a opposite event; there were over 30,000 in a throng entertaining their desired ones on as they ran a course.
This is a second year for Dr. Sebastian Gonzales DC CSCS to be selected as one of a chosen medical volunteers that assisted a runners during a finish line. Working with Dr. Sebastian during a finish line were mixed medical crew that consisted of medical doctors, nurses, puncture medical technicians, and earthy therapists. When we asked Dr. Gonzales about what he suspicion about a competition he said, “working a finish line tent has been a good knowledge for me, we not usually get to assistance these athletes after they cranky a finish line with Active Release Technique®, though we get to hearten them on as they strech their idea after all their tough work and training for this event” He also went on to say, “I adore being out here in a village assisting anyway we can, this is a really good event for me to learn and teach athletes on ways to forestall injuries when they sight for destiny races, I’m propitious we was asked to be here.”
